Friends of the Lake District

Conservation Day: Walling on Helm

Join the Friends of the Lake District for a practical work party on Helm. Find out what is being done there and take the opportunity to get involved. The events are hands-on conservation work usually undertaken in small groups. Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Annual Craft Fair & Exhibition

Browse at over twenty stalls selling craft made locally and perhaps buy some Christmas presents.

There will also be an exhibition of items made and loaned by local people.  

Refreshments will be served all day and there will be a raffle.  Admission 50p with all proceeds going to the Village Hall funds.
